近くにある中台公園で家族で早朝に出かけました。

正確には、早朝に目覚め、一人でこっそり走りに行ったあと、こどもたちが目覚め、パパはどこへ行ったの？となり、後から妻と子供二人が合流しました。

早朝とはいえ、一人で出かけてはいけませんね。

さて、合流後は、ゴールのターゲットを決めてかけっこで競争したり、どんぐりを拾ったり、良い時間を過ごせました。


中台公園は、緑豊かで、昆虫採取、ザリガニ釣り、滑り台、ターザンロープ、夏は水浴びと、一日楽しめる、本当にいい公園です。

この公園が、ここに引っ越した理由のひとつですね。。

結局この日はのんびりと4kmちょっと走りました。
